This newsletter went in interesting directions. This past month I wrote blog posts about working with challenges on long-term healing journeys, ones specific to working with emotions related to the current political conditions (sorry, not sorry—people going through stuff are my focus). There were ones about joy! And others about life purpose. As I'm putting this newsletter together, I don't think these are unrelated topics. I think we're in the beginning stages of what has the potential to be a long-term healing journey as a global community (not just as a nation). But it depends, I guess, on what we decide.
