I want to wish you a great holiday weekend but I can't do that without acknowledging that, while many are celebrating, many more are in mourning. When I started Mama Love I NEVER imagined that I would talk about politics in the context of my business and I never wanted to. But the entire reason I am in this business is because I want to support you with what you're going through in your lives. And far more than 90% of my customers are women.
So this month you will see that that is exactly what I've been doing on my blog. If my opinions offend you, I am sorry but I can't be silent about what so many people are going through right now.

In other yet related news: because people are looking up dangerous and yet potentially effective herbal approaches to abortion, Etsy has removed Mountain Pennyroyal flower essence (for positive clear thinking and expelling negativity picked up from others) from my shop! NOT because any flower essence can be used to induce an abortion—that's impossible—but because some states are making buying the whole plant herb illegal and Etsy doesn't want to police this on a case by case basis. I am slowly making progress on an alternative website, but in the meantime just contact me by responding to this newsletter if you can't find a product you need in my shop! I'll arrange to have you pay me via Paypal or make you a special listing on Etsy. Don't hesitate to reach out!
