October 2020 Mama Love News

 

How are you doing?
Let's keep this intro short and sweet. A number of things were brought to my attention this month based on what people have written to me about or ordered in my shop. I thought it important to write this month about how to handle patterns of behavior that DO respond to flower essences but come back when you stop taking them. (That's not how they're supposed to work so let's address that situation!) I also wrote about trouble trusting your fellow man or woman, the importance of tapping into nature for deep support, and adaptogen teas for stress reduction.

Learning to Rest, Not Quit
There's this meme I happen to love using this image by Banksy and words often attributed to him that say "If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit." Did he actually say that? Who knows? But I like the sentiment because too much of the time we get rewarded in this society for pressing on and on in an unrelenting way until something falls apart or you quit. Read more . . .
